Commercial Department Administrative Support

· Manage legal documentation for the team, including Boutique and POS Agreements, Addendums, Consignment letters, Espace agreements, Termination letters, and Grey Market cases. This involves overseeing validation workflows, scanning contracts, and maintaining tracking files.

Continuous Improvement

· Lead continuous improvement initiatives across all commercial areas and sales channels.

· Oversee project implementation and follow-up. Different projects can be assigned regarding the need of the business and the seasonality.

Digital Ecosystem Expert

· Drive "Connected Retail" projects, enhancing retail staff tools in alignment with HQ developments and implementations.

· Implement and integrate diverse digital tools (e.g., RetailOS, Operations tools, Retail Apps, Boosters) into commercial activities.

· Facilitate communication regarding system updates.

· Assess and identify needs within the retail network and boutiques to enhance client and staff experience.

· Coordinate Booster operations, providing support to POS users and troubleshooting usage issues.

· Liaise with Booster key users to report issues and suggest improvements.

· Prepare monthly Commercial and Selling-Cost reports for each store (including sales, stock, traffic, AVP, UPT), providing performance commentary and both quantitative and qualitative insights.

Compliance

· Implement commercial processes across various sales channels, ensuring brand policies are correctly applied and aligned with market needs and legal requirements.

· Ensure adherence to established procedures.

· Maintain alignment with relevant stakeholders.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

· You have 5 years’ experience in luxury, retail industry or hospitality.

· You possess a performance and client centered mindset.

· You possess strong project management to work transversally with departments, entities across retail and beyond. Good communication and interpersonal skills and excellent time management skills.

· You have operational agility, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· You have a positive attitude, willingness to learn and a pro-active approach to tasks and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and timely.

· You speak English and Spanish fluently.
