Richemont, a global leader in luxury goods, seeks a Senior HR Manager for Türkiye. This pivotal role leads the design and execution of our HR strategy, aligning with regional and global objectives to drive localization, ensure compliance, and supporting Maisons in HR mandates, and enhancing Richemont’s reputation in the Türkiye market. As the country HR Lead, you will be the primary liaison with governmental bodies, championing a high-performance, inclusive, and compliant organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Lead the Türkiye Richemont People Strategy, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives. Act as a strategic partner to the Regional Function Executive Committee, integrating HR initiatives across the Türkiye entity and collaborating with the MEIA HR community.
  • Localization Strategy: Develop and lead a comprehensive localization strategy, aligning with Türkiye national objectives and Richemont’s business needs. Establish key partnerships to attract and retain local Nationals.
  • Compliance & Government Relations: Serve as the primary liaison with Türkiye government authorities, ensuring adherence to regulations, managing audits, and safeguarding Richemont’s reputation. Proactively monitor legislative changes.
  • Talent Management & Development: Lead the design and execution of talent strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring a robust leadership pipeline and succession planning.
  • Compensation & Organizational Design: Oversee compensation planning, salary reviews, and benefits strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market standards, and internal equity.
  • Operational Excellence: Optimize HR processes, policies, and practices. Leverage digital tools for data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Leadership & Community Engagement: Foster and animate the HR community across Türkiye, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.
  • Change Management & Culture: Champion change management initiatives, fostering a culture of agility, adaptability, and high performance. Drive employee engagement aligned with Richemont’s core values.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of HR leadership experience, ideally within Türkiye or the wider MEIA region.
  • Proven expertise in localization strategies, compliance frameworks, and government relations.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent management, organizational development, and HR transformation.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of Türkiye labor laws and regulatory frameworks.
