YOUR MISSION:
Supports the Supply Chain and Logistics department using academic knowledge on a specific project/subject.
Assist the department in administrative tasks.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and supplies by supervising their distribution and adhering to established procedures.
- Provide best practice support and updates on Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems, including tasks such as purchasing materials, entering budgetary information, and recording time and expenses.
- Prepare routine letters, memoranda, reports, and similar documents by following detailed instructions and utilizing the full range of functions within standard office software.
- Extract and present data in various forms, such as graphs and charts, for inclusion in reports.
- Perform tasks related to the cost accounting process.
- Support the supply chain team by executing routine tasks and following established procedures.
- Input relevant data from various sources into spreadsheets or standard formats.
- Assist with a variety of data management tasks.
- Organize work schedules and coordinate with support services, assigning short-term tasks to others when necessary.
- Develop and maintain excellent process or technical skills through participation in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
- Demonstrate sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems.
- Possess an upper secondary school education.
- No managerial experience required.
