YOUR MISSION:
Provide expert advice and guidance to individuals or organizations in a specific area of expertise, such as management, finance, marketing, IT, human resources, and other areas. Work with clients to understand their needs and objectives, analyze their current situation, and recommend strategies and solutions to improve their performance or achieve their goals. May assist with implementing recommended solutions, providing training and support, and monitoring progress to ensure success.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

- Provide expert advice and guidance to individuals or organizations in specific areas such as management, finance, marketing, IT, and human resources.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives, analyze their current situation, and recommend strategies and solutions to improve performance or achieve goals.
- Assist with implementing recommended solutions, providing training and support, and monitoring progress to ensure success.
- Design project architecture based on initial proposals and strategic interviews to develop solutions that meet client requirements and address identified issues.
- Offer business advice aligned with organizational goals and values.
- Conduct interviews, gather detailed information on client issues, and make comprehensive notes based on an established framework of questions.
- Perform initial analysis of gathered information to diagnose underlying client issues and design appropriate solutions.
- Develop and write highly visible materials, such as slide decks for standardized presentations to senior management or sections of client reports, for review by senior colleagues.
- Research, collate, and analyze information to identify key themes and deliver standardized training and documentation or reports to support client projects and programs.
- Work within an established project management plan to achieve specific goals independently.
- Support process development workshops with subject-matter experts, drive agreement on process flows across functional areas, and document processes and activity workflows to create clear and detailed process maps.
- Participate in a community of practice in a defined area of expertise or consulting to build personal expertise.
- Develop personal capabilities through assessment and development planning activities, formal and informal training, and coaching.
- Gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
- Stay informed about relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of education.
- Possess experience as an unsupervised practitioner.
- Have basic experience in coordinating the work of others.
