We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic L&D & Internal Comm Trainee to join our dynamic Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to key areas within Human Resources: Learning & Development, Internal Communications, and Employer Branding. The successful candidate will support the L&D Manager in nurturing a learning culture, fostering a positive and engaging work environment, attracting top talent, and enhancing our Maison's internal and external reputation.
Do you match this profile?
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Mandatory excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.
Creativity in structuring institutional content (L&D and Internal Comm) in an engaging way
A genuine interest in Human Resources, luxury retail, and the high jewellery industry.

What do we expect from you?
Learning & Development (L&D):
Assist in the coordination and organization of training programs, workshops, and development initiatives for employees.
Support the creation and update of training materials, presentations, and e-learning content.
Help manage training logistics, including scheduling, venue booking, and participant communication.
Contribute to the tracking of training attendance, feedback collection, and reporting on program effectiveness.
Support the organization of induction days for new hires (local and international) ensuring a smooth and welcoming integration into the Maison culture.
Internal Communications:
Draft, edit, and distribute engaging internal communications, such as newsletters, announcements, intranet articles, and presentations.
Help manage and update internal communication channels to ensure timely and relevant information sharing.
Employer Branding:
Assist in developing and implementing employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
Support the creation of compelling content for career pages and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn)
Help organize and represent Buccellati at career fairs, university events, and other external recruitment activities.
