How Will You Make an Impact?
As an Operations Intern, you will support the Operations & Distribution team in ensuring the smooth flow of products across the Cartier network. You will gain hands-on exposure to supply chain operations, inventory management, replenishment processes, and distribution activities while working closely with multiple internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support boutique and point-of-sale replenishment activities to ensure product availability.
- Coordinate with supply planning teams to monitor stock levels and follow up on product orders.
- Assist in managing backorders, allocations, invoicing, and delivery follow-ups.
- Support inventory monitoring and help identify stock shortages or operational risks.
- Assist with product returns, credit note processing, and stock adjustments.
- Support novelty launches by coordinating product transfers and deliveries according to launch plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Planning, Finance, Quality, IT, and Commercial teams to support operational excellence.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English required.
