Since its creation in 1952 by Gaby Aghion, Parisian Maison, Chloé, has championed a vision of liberated and free femininity. Driven by a desire to challenge the rigid codes and silhouettes of 1950s haute couture, Gaby Aghion defined an elevated, accessible and vibrant perspective on fashion. One that could accompany women in their newly freer daily lives, allowing for freedom of movement.

YOUR MISSION:

In line with the Maison’s ambitious growth strategy, the Head of RTW Merchandising is responsible for defining and driving the Ready-to-Wear merchandising strategy, ensuring the translation of the Creative Director’s vision into relevant, desirable and commercially successful collections.

Working closely with Design, Product Development, Supply Chain and Commercial teams, the role ensures a coherent and balanced RTW offer across all regions and channels. Through strong product expertise, market understanding and business acumen, the Head of RTW Merchandising contributes to the growth and desirability of the category while upholding Chloé’s DNA.


HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

* Define seasonal RTW assortment strategies in line with business objectives, client expectations and market opportunities.

* Partner closely with Design and Product Development teams throughout the collection development process to ensure consistency between creative vision and commercial objectives.

* Build balanced and productive assortments, ensuring the right offer architecture across categories, price points and markets.

* Analyze sales performance, client insights and market trends to identify opportunities and make product recommendations.

* Monitor collection performance throughout the season and propose action plans to optimize results.

* Collaborate with Regional Merchandising and Commercial teams to support buying strategies and ensure market relevance.

* Participate in showroom preparation, collection presentations and buying sessions.

* Partner with Operations and Finance teams on pricing, margins, product launches and collection planning.

* Support go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with Marketing, Retail, Visual Merchandising and Training teams.

* Manage and develop the RTW merchandising team while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.


HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

* Significant experience in Ready-to-Wear Merchandising within the luxury fashion industry.

* Strong product sensitivity and understanding of RTW collections, market trends and client expectations.

* Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate business insights into actionable recommendations.

* Proven experience managing seasonal assortments and driving product performance.

* Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

* Organized, agile and solution-oriented mindset.

* Previous team management experience is a plus.

* Fluent in English; French is a plus.
