YOUR MISSION:
As an Ambassador of the Maison, you ensure a unique client experience before, during and after a sale and proactively develops your client portfolio. You also participates to the daily boutique operations.

Sales Achievements
Ensure a unique and exceptional client experience during a sale
Perfectly master the steps of a sale (welcome, discover and understand, convince, close and develop)
Adapt according to client(s) needs and motivations
Strive to always improve and surprise the client(s)
Deal with ease during negotiations and objections
Transmit the passion and values of the Maison
Act as the privileged contact for the client(s) in case of After Sales
Meet individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative
Client Relationship & Portfolio Development
Cultivate strong client relationships and develop client loyalty
Efficiently develop the client portfolio
Execute targeted CRM actions
Participate in client events and act as an Ambassador of the Maison
Daily Boutique Operations
Respect all brand and boutique policies and procedures
Participate in inventories
Participate in the set up and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique
Participate in the implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines
Assist with special projects when requested
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
We are looking for candidates with previous experience hospitality sector or in luxury Retail; good interpersonal and communication skills are required as well strong attention to detail and customer needs. Team-Player approach and Fluent in English and Italian.
