YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Event Intern to join our international, flexible, and versatile Event and Brand Experience team, specializing in events and exhibitions. This internship offers a unique opportunity to discover the behind-the-scenes of organizing prestigious events in the luxury universe. The intern will assist the International Event Team in their main duties, depending on the needs and topics, thereby contributing to the success of our communication and marketing initiatives.

PLAYING YOUR PART

EVENT PLANNING AND PRODUCTION ASSISTANCE

  • You will participate in the organization of international client and press events
  • You will ensure follow-up with markets, and internal teams
  • You will support the Event Team in event logistics and production activities


LOGISTICAL AND OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

  • You will manager rooming, lists, guest lists and attendance confirmations, as well as perform various administrative tasks
  • You will update documentation and working tools throughout each project
  • You will assist the team on-site during events to ensure their smooth running

REPORTING AND ANALYSIS

  • You will participate in collecting post-event feedback
  • You will assist in preparing event reviews and performance analysis reports

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?

Success in this role will require

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with a strong interest in Luxury and Event Management
  • A first internship experience in event organization or communication is a plus
  • Solid organizational skills, rigor, autonomy and attention to detail
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, knowledge of Photoshop is a plus
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Curiosity, agility, proactive attitude and strong teamwork spirit
