Since its creation in 1952 by Gaby Aghion, Parisian Maison, Chloé, has championed a vision of liberated and free femininity. Driven by a desire to challenge the rigid codes and silhouettes of 1950s haute couture, Gaby Aghion defined an elevated, accessible and vibrant perspective on fashion. One that could accompany women in their newly freer daily lives, allowing for freedom of movement. 

From its beginnings, Chloé has distinguished itself through a culture of collaboration, consistently showcasing new talents including Karl Lagerfeld, Stella McCartney, Phoebe Philo, and Clare Waight Keller. At the heart of this collaborative creativity is a desire to bring together the Maison values and savoir-faire, to cultivate a Youthful Spirit and a sense of Freedom, Optimism, Collective and Authenticity. To this day, these are our core values which inspire every member of the Chloé Maison. 

Under the current creative direction of Chemena Kamali, the Maison is writing a new chapter in its history. True to Gaby Aghion's legacy, we place our clients at the heart of everything we undertake, whether through the quality of our creations or the attention paid to their experience with the Maison, which aims to be unique and memorable.

A Chloe Supersivor is an ambassador of the maison, in charge of welcoming every guests into the Chloé family.

He/she supports the store manager in leading the team and supervising boutiques operations to ensure successful business; he/she acts as the boutique leader in the absence of the store manager.

A Chloé Supervisor is:

  • A CLIENT CHAMPION

o Leads the team to initiate and develop long-term relationships with clients

o Monitors CRM targets for boutique and per stylists and helps the team to reach them

o Ensures a proper use by all team members of available CRM tools and reports, and Follows-up on individual CRM tasks completion

o Supervises client database with consistent follow up of staff client books

o Coordinates contact campaigns, gifting campaigns and other clients’ activations

  • AN OMNICHANNEL BUSINESS Promoter

o Leads by example and supervises sales on the floor to improve business performance and customer service

o Ensures full engagement of the team with omnichannel services and gives feedback to the store manager on individual performance

o Assists Store Manager in analysing sales figures and co-creates monthly/quarterly/yearly action plan to improve business in line with maison strategy

o Motivates the team in Reaching boutique and individual targets and systematically follows up with each team member

o actively participates in commercial activities and proactively proposes new ideas to improve business

O IS aware of local trading environment and competitors’ activities

  • A TEAM LEADER

o Organizes energizing team briefings and ensures consistently high level of motivation

o Maintains excellent level of product knowledge by all team members and follows up proper implementation of all needed product and commercial trainings

o Shadows sales on the floor to coach the team and identify further individual training needs

o Supports recruitment and induction of team

o Leads by exemplarity, ensures good team spirit and translates Chloé attitude of entrepreneurship, togetherness, excellence, creativity and positive impact

o Is an active member of management community: shares best practices, asks, provides support

  • AN OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE SUPERVISOR

o Supervises impeccable boutique environment and teams grooming

o Proactively liaises with team and management to suggest improvements in operations, processes or more globally on boutique environment

o Ensures implementation of all guidelines related to store and BOH management and sustainability

o Supervises all stock management related tasks

o Oversees compliance of established Richemont policies and standards
