YOUR MISSION:
The Store & Events Operations Manager will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing the store design and visual merchandising strategy for all Vhernier boutiques/point of sales globally. This role has a worldwide responsibility and it will ensure that the brand image and experience are consistent at all sales touch points, including corners and windows of multibrand store. He/she contributes to the commercial success strengthening Vhernier's identity.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Store Design & Planning
- Develop and manage the design concept for new boutiques, renovations, and special projects, in line with Vhernier's brand identity and standards.
- Collaborate with external architects, designers, and suppliers for project execution, from conceptualization to opening.
- Oversee space planning, material selection, furnishings, and lighting to create luxurious and functional environments.
- Manage budgets and timelines for store design projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and costs.
- Ensure the maintenance and updating of design standards and guidelines for all existing boutiques.
Visual Merchandising Strategy & Execution
- Define and implement Vhernier's global visual merchandising strategy, including window displays, in-store exhibitions, product presentation, and special displays.
- Create and distribute detailed visual merchandising guidelines for all boutiques, ensuring consistency and excellence in execution.
- Develop creative concepts for seasonal campaigns, new collection launches, and special events, in collaboration with Marketing and Communication teams.
- Train and support sales teams and retail managers in the application of visual merchandising guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies, proposing improvements and adaptations.
Brand Image & Consistency
- Ensure that all store design and visual merchandising elements faithfully reflect Vhernier's aesthetic, values, and luxury positioning.
- Maintain a consistent and distinctive brand image across all physical touchpoints.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing SDP&VM team, ensuring a proper development of single team member and a collaborative and proactive approach.
- Work closely with the Commercial Director, Retail, Wholesale, Marketing, Communication, and Production teams to align strategies and ensure impeccable execution.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers, agencies, and partners for store design and visual merchandising.
Budget
- Providing the proper reporting and monitoring of the annual budget for Retail and Wholesales investments in SDP and sales spaces, in close link with the Vhernier finance & accounting department.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- At least 7-10 years of progressive experience at international level in Store Design and/or Visual Merchandising roles, preferably within the luxury sector (jewelry, fashion, watchmaking) and strong creative abilities and aesthetic sense, with a deep understanding of luxury and design.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of Italian and English (written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently nationally and internationally for site visits and project supervision.

Salary Range 55K – 65K€
8 EUR Ticket for each worked day
