Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to Retail leadership, translating business priorities into effective HR strategies and initiatives. Collaborate with HR specialists for integrated support.
  • Talent Management: Drive the full talent lifecycle, including part of the recruitment process, performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning to enhance retail capabilities and retention.
  • Organisational Effectiveness: Support organisational design and change management, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with Cartier's values.
  • HR Operations & Analytics: Leverage HR systems (e.g., Workday) for efficient processes and utilise an analytical approach to interpret HR data, providing data-driven recommendations for improved HR effectiveness and business outcomes.
  • Employee Relations & Performance: Provide guidance on employee relations and coach managers on effective performance management, ensuring fair application of policies and compliance.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Support and drive the salary cycles and C&B programs, advising managers on reward initiatives.

Your Profile:

  • Experience:
    • 2-4 years of experience in an HR role, ideally within a retail or luxury environment, with some exposure to HR Business Partnering.
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders and support HR initiatives.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Skills & Attributes:
    • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and contribute to data-driven HR solutions, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Familiarity with HRIS (e.g., Workday) and other HR technologies, with good Excel skills. Eagerness to develop further proficiency in HR systems.
    • Demonstrates a methodical and organised approach to work, capable of managing tasks and priorities effectively.
    • A curious mindset with a genuine desire for continuous professional development, staying abreast of HR best practices and industry trends.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a developing ability to build relationships.
    • Good problem-solving abilities, integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
    • Fluency in German and English is essential
