Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to Retail leadership, translating business priorities into effective HR strategies and initiatives. Collaborate with HR specialists for integrated support.
- Talent Management: Drive the full talent lifecycle, including part of the recruitment process, performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning to enhance retail capabilities and retention.
- Organisational Effectiveness: Support organisational design and change management, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with Cartier's values.
- HR Operations & Analytics: Leverage HR systems (e.g., Workday) for efficient processes and utilise an analytical approach to interpret HR data, providing data-driven recommendations for improved HR effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Employee Relations & Performance: Provide guidance on employee relations and coach managers on effective performance management, ensuring fair application of policies and compliance.
- Compensation & Benefits: Support and drive the salary cycles and C&B programs, advising managers on reward initiatives.
Your Profile:
- Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in an HR role, ideally within a retail or luxury environment, with some exposure to HR Business Partnering.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders and support HR initiatives.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and contribute to data-driven HR solutions, with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with HRIS (e.g., Workday) and other HR technologies, with good Excel skills. Eagerness to develop further proficiency in HR systems.
- Demonstrates a methodical and organised approach to work, capable of managing tasks and priorities effectively.
- A curious mindset with a genuine desire for continuous professional development, staying abreast of HR best practices and industry trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a developing ability to build relationships.
- Good problem-solving abilities, integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Fluency in German and English is essential
