Within the Supply Chain Execution team, our Supply Chain Process Improvement (SPI) program is at the heart of this transformation. Composed of passionate Operational Excellence Engineers, our team aims at managing the Maison’s end-to-end continuous improvement program with a strong focus on Distribution.
We are looking for an end-of-study Operational Excellence Intern to join us on this journey. If you want to make a tangible impact on our operations while developing cutting-edge skills in Process Mining, this role is for you.
Main purpose
As an Operational Excellence Intern, your main objective will be to support the SPI program in automating and optimizing business processes and enabling real-time insights into our business performance.
Under the guidance of our Operational Excellence Engineers, you will leverage Celonis to drive efficiency, lead tool adoption across business teams, and keep our department at the forefront of technological enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Process Mining & Improvement (Celonis) :
- Deep dive into Cartier’s Supply Chain Execution to understand our end-to-end processes.
- Develop, maintain & improve Celonis assets.
- Community Management & Tool Adoption :
- Drive and animate the Celonis user community to foster tool adoption, raise awareness to trigger new business needs and inform the community about platform important news.
- Create training content for the community.
- Technology Watch :
- Regularly follow Celonis release notes, industry best practices, and new feature updates.
- Evaluate how these features can enhance our team's capabilities and present actionable insights to the team.
Profile
- Education: Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset
- Technical Appetite: Natural curiosity and appetite for technology, particularly in low-code/no-code environments or data visualization tools (prior exposure to Celonis, PowerBI, SQL, or process mapping is a strong plus, but not mandatory—your willingness to learn is what matters).
- Communication: Good oral and written communication skills in French and English, with the ability to translate technical concepts into simple terms for business users.
- Soft Skills: Proactive, structured, autonomous, and eager to collaborate in a dynamic environment.
