1) Summary of Position:

The Marketing Manager for Taiwan is responsible for developing and executing locally relevant, high-impact marketing strategies that strengthen IWC’s brand presence, drive market growth, and support customer recruitment across the Taiwan market. Working closely with the NEA team, this role leads integrated marketing, digital transformation initiatives, omni‑channel communications, and external partnerships to generate boutique traffic, elevate brand desirability, and attract high‑net‑worth clients.

2) Activities:

Marketing & Campaign Management:

  • Support Marketing and Communications Director, NEA and develop integrated marketing plans for Taiwan market while ensuring alignment with global and NEA regional strategies.
  • Lead the planning and rollout of local campaigns for product launches, securing regional and global approvals as needed.
  • Implement marketing initiatives across all channels to support brand awareness, client recruitment, engagement, and commercial objectives.
  • Prepare creative briefs, campaign timelines, and execution frameworks to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Define and measure key performance indicators and ROI, generating insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor budget utilization closely and coordinate with internal stakeholders for accurate forecasting and optimization.

Digital Transformation and Omni‑channel Communications:

  • Drive local digital acceleration by strengthening LINE CRM capabilities, data utilization, and customer engagement journeys.
  • Oversee omni-channel communication strategies across owned, paid, and earned channels to deliver consistent brand messaging.
  • Manage agencies to execute the annual media plan, optimizing digital investment and exploring new platforms that drive measurable traffic.

Events Activation and Partnerships for Customer Growth:

  • Develop and execute boutique traffic‑driving actions in close collaboration with the Commercial team and retail partners.
  • Lead VIP activations, sales promotion and client engagement experiences with meticulous attention to brand standards and local relevance.
  • Partner with banks, insurers, malls, art institutions, auction houses, and luxury brands to expand reach and recruit HNWIs.
  • Manage A&P budgets and resources for all events to ensure cost efficiency and impactful outcomes.
  • Ensure all initiatives follow IWC global guidelines and maintain close alignment with Headquarters and NEA stakeholders.

PR Communications:

  • Oversee the creation and distribution of local content across online and offline platforms to maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Develop press materials, storytelling assets, and local visual content that elevate IWC’s brand identity within Taiwan.
  • Strengthen media relationships to maximize share of voice and secure high-quality coverage across institutional, product, and event topics.
  • Execute the annual PR plan and continuously optimize based on performance.

Store VM and Maintenance:

  • Work closely with the Commercial team and boutique teams to ensure high standards of store maintenance and visual merchandising, in line with global guidelines.
  • Support the Store Development Assistant Manager, NEA in executing the retail development roadmap, including boutique upgrades, openings, and VM rollouts.
  • Monitor in-store brand expression and client journey touchpoints, ensuring consistency with campaign storytelling and overall brand positioning.

3) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10 years of experience in marketing, PR, or communications, ideally within the luxury goods sector
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing and PR strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in measuring campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese
  • Strong team management skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
