For our Global People Development team at our Headquarters in Schaffhausen, we are looking for an

INTERN PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT (100%)

Are you passionate about empowering people and making a real difference? Join our Global People Development team as an Intern and help us "Grow and Thrive"!

This 6-month internship, starting October 1st, 2026, places you at the heart of our People Development activities. You'll work closely with our global team, colleagues, and external partners, reporting directly to the Head of Global People Development. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and make a tangible impact.

YOUR MISSION AT IWC.

  • Drive Program Success: Contribute to Leadership, Talent, and Performance programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Engage & Communicate: Manage communications across various channels to promote development initiatives and foster a learning’s culture.
  • Master our Learning Platform: Administer our IWC Academy (Learning Management System) – content, sessions, assignments, and reporting.
  • Champion Development: Market development offerings to local HRBPs and provide essential support and information.
  • Orchestrate Logistics: Master pre and post-activity administration (registrations, materials, bookings, invoices, equipment, communication).
  • Gain Financial Acumen: Manage vendor creation, accounting in SAP, and budget tracking for People Development.
  • Innovate & Contribute: Participate in various People Development projects to enhance our positive impact and foster a high-perfromance culture.

HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY.

  • Academic Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
  • Key Traits: Creative self-starter, detail-oriented, team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills, hands-on, growth mindset, customer-centric, results-oriented, highly organized, excellent project management skills, tech-savvy, adaptable, and independent.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and German.
