As Retail Performance & Analytics Manager, you will support the analysis and monitoring of global retail performance, helping to translate data into meaningful commercial insights. Working closely with HQ and regional teams, you will contribute to KPI reporting, performance analyses, and business cases that support retail decision-making across our global retail network.

…analysing global retail performance
- Monitor and analyse global retail KPIs, including traffic, conversion, Average Transaction Value (ATV), sell-through, and productivity.
- Identify trends, deviations, and opportunities across regions, stores, and channels.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of performance reporting for HQ and regional teams.
…supporting commercial decision-making
- Support the preparation and evaluation of CAPEX business cases and commercial approval requests for store openings, renovations, relocations, and closures.
- Contribute to financial and commercial analyses supporting retail investment decisions.
- Assist with scenario analyses and performance tracking to enable data-driven decision-making.
…enabling a data-driven retail culture
- Help maintain and continuously improve KPI frameworks and reporting standards across the global retail network.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Support alignment between HQ and regional teams on KPI definitions, reporting standards, and performance tracking.
…turning data into insights
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on retail performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Support benchmarking and identify opportunities to improve commercial performance.
- Prepare clear, structured, and actionable insights for a variety of internal stakeholders.
You’ll have…
- University degree in International Business, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Retail Analytics, FP&A, Sales Planning, Commercial Finance, Consulting, or similar analytical roles.
- A solid understanding of retail KPIs and store economics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure, interpret, and communicate data effectively.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an international environment.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI and reporting tools; experience with Looker is highly desirable, while SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate analyses into meaningful business insights.
- Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
