YOUR MISSION: Manage day-to-day operations in an assigned store. Ensure the achievement of defined commercial targets (sales volumes, profitability, new clients, etc.) and the respect of the budget. Contribute to the development of Brand / Maison image and reputation. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? - Oversee daily operations of the assigned boutique, ensuring the achievement of commercial targets such as sales volumes, profitability, and new client acquisition, while adhering to budget constraints. - Analyze commercial results, providing insights and recommendations on trends to support effective decision-making by managers, ensuring clarity on the implications. - Communicate the local action plan, aligning it with the function's strategy and the broader organization's mission and vision, and motivate the team to achieve local business goals. - Manage the front end, back end, and sales floor of a small to medium-sized store with a homogeneous product line to meet operational sales performance goals. - Offer expert advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving queries and issues, and escalating complex or contentious matters as necessary. - Operate within established financial control systems to deliver designated outcomes, track budgets, and report variances to senior colleagues. - Utilize performance management systems to set and achieve personal objectives, monitor team performance, allocate work, review completion, and take corrective actions to ensure timeliness and quality, contributing to formal performance appraisals. - Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance. - Ensure compliance with company diversity and inclusion guidelines, fostering an inclusive work environment. - Maintain a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of education, with experience sufficient to handle most situations and advise others. - Demonstrate managerial experience in supervising and directing people and resources to achieve specific results within limited timeframes.
