To support our Brand Experience Department we are looking for an
Junior Project Manager Exhibition Experience (100%)
Duration: 12 Months
Start: December 2026
In this challenging role you are in a headquarters position and collaborate closely with the project relevant markets which gives an international dimension to this job opportunity. The role is allocated within the global brand experience team and reports directly to the Department Manager Exhibition Experience.
YOUR MISSION AT IWC.
- Assisting the Department Manager in the strategic development and successful implementation of upcoming Fairs and Exhibitions projects.
- Independently managing tasks and initiatives for ongoing projects, overseeing the entire lifecycle from initial concept creation through to final implementation.
- Ensuring the timely and budget-compliant delivery of all assigned projects.
- Facilitating seamless coordination and communication among diverse stakeholders, including HQ teams, clients, suppliers, and local markets.
- Monitoring and tracking KPIs through regular exchange and collaboration with IWC's local markets.
- Providing comprehensive administrative and coordinative support across a range of departmental topics.
HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Hospitality, Sales or similar field.
- Experience in the field of Sales / Retail / Marketing is a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Dedicated and highly motivated individual with high affinity to our brand and strong enthusiasm for the IWC brand and products.
- Pro-active mindset with a hands-on mentality.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Very good computer knowledge and at ease with different software solutions (SAP knowledge is an asset).
- Fluent in English and/or German, French is a plus.
