- by recording, critically analysing existing business processes (Production, Logistics, Administration)
- by building Low Code solutions and interfaces to Group systems such as SAP eWM, SAP ERP, and RHIZE (Manufacturing)
- by automating IT processes for increased efficiency and cost reduction
- by acting as a key interface between business departments and Business IT to implement seamless end-to-end solutions
- by leading initiatives for the implementation of new shopfloor solutions (e.g., Manufacturing Execution Systems) or digital tools
- in actively guiding employees through digital transformation, moderating workshops, and conducting comprehensive solution introduction sessions
You’ll have…
- 5+ years’ experience in business process digitalization
- proficiency in No-Code /Low-Code applications development
- TULIP and PEGA builder experience is a plus, upskilling on-the job is possible
- experience in Operations & Supply Chain Management is a plus, especially the luxury industry
- fluency in German and English
- the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- a team player mindset with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
