YOUR MISSION
We are looking for a Admin Supply Chain Specialist who will manage and optimize international logistics operations, ensuring compliance with trade regulations and Richemont Group policies, while supporting cost efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Manage end-to-end international logistics operations, ensuring timely execution of inbound and outbound shipments.
Coordinate customs clearance activities, ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations and documentation requirements (CITES, COO, Long-Term Declarations, EAC, etc.).
Oversee e-commerce order fulfillment processes, coordinating with logistics providers to ensure on-time deliveries and premium customer service.
Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipts (GR), SAP invoices, payment requests and proforma invoices within SAP Business One.
Perform logistics cost analysis, supplier benchmarking and freight quotation evaluations to identify cost optimization opportunities.
Support the development of logistics cost-control tools in collaboration with Group IT, improving cost transparency and reporting capabilities.
Coordinate global logistics activities for international PR events, defining shipment strategies and ensuring compliance with brand standards.
Act as the primary interface between Supply Chain, Finance, Corporate Trade Finance, external banks and consulting partners (PwC, KPMG, Intesa Sanpaolo) for operational and inventory-related matters.
Monitor and manage Intrastat reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with EU regulations.
Collaborate with warehouse operations, defining priorities, monitoring execution and ensuring adherence to business deadlines.
Coordinate cross-functional activities with Logistics, Finance, Customer Service, Procurement and external logistics providers to resolve operational issues.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing operational enhancements.
Maintain high standards of data accuracy across logistics, accounting and customer master data.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, trade regulations and Richemont Group policies across all supply chain activities.
Provide operational guidance and day-to-day support to junior team members and warehouse operators.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
At least 1-2 years of working experience in logistics / supply chain, with knowledge of customs procedures.
Bachelor's degree (preferably in economics or engineering).
Proficiency in Italian and English.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
SAP management system knowledge is preferred.
Teamwork approach.
