Manager International Learning & Development (m/w/d)

Raphael – Director People Experience
As Manager International Learning & Development, you’ll work closely with the Director People Experience to bring Montblanc’s learning strategy to life. In partnership with Richemont Group, local HR teams and colleagues across the business, you’ll design, implement and facilitate learning solutions aligned with our business priorities. You’ll continuously evolve our learning offering by identifying innovative learning methods, external partners and new approaches that support the growth and development of our people.

- Create engaging learning solutions, including e-learnings, workshops and blended learning formats, based on our Competency Model and identified business needs.
- Facilitate training sessions, co-development formats, seminars, workshops and webinars for diverse target groups across the organisation.
- Continuously enhance our learning offering by providing a wide range of learning solutions that foster a lifelong learning culture across Montblanc.
- Partner with Richemont Group, HR Business Partners and local HR teams to support the successful deployment and local adaptation of learning initiatives across regions.
- Create learning content that enables managers to support performance, development planning and career growth.
- Coordinate and further develop our digital learning offering, including our Learning Management System (LMS) and LinkedIn Learning.
- Identify innovative learning methods, external partners, training providers and emerging trends to keep our learning offering relevant, engaging and future-focused.
- Leverage existing Group and Maison learning solutions wherever possible, collaborating closely with Group L&D to maximise impact, avoid duplication and accelerate time-to-impact.
- Monitor the effectiveness of development programmes, including onboarding and leadership programmes, through KPIs and continuously improve learning solutions based on insights and feedback.
You’ll have…
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or a closely related field.
- University degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience designing and facilitating learning solutions for diverse target groups in an international environment.
- Certified Coach and/or Trainer.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
- Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to translate ideas into engaging learning experiences.
- The ability to work independently while building trusted relationships across functions, regions and cultures.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
