YOUR MISSION: Assist the department in their daily activities and perform BOS functional tasks. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? - Investigate and resolve standard incidents using regulatory and compliance processes, systems, and procedures. Provide guidance to senior colleagues on complex issues. - Facilitate the acquisition of property and land for development projects, including documentation and communication with landowners and legal advisors. - Extract, combine, and analyze data to generate standard and accurate reports. - Prepare moderately complex documents using various applications, including standard office software, and gather and summarize data for reports. - Conduct accurate property valuations by collecting information from standard sources and inputting data into standard formats. - Prepare and analyze costings for construction, maintenance, or improvement works, including calculations for materials, quantities, and labor time. - Contribute to the development and review of business cases by providing information and analysis. - Deliver asset management support services using asset management systems and protocols. - Produce, update, and provide best practice support on a wide range of Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems. - Develop personal capabilities through assessment, development planning, formal and informal training, and coaching. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media. - Post-Secondary Non-Tertiary Education. - Basic experience with simple office and operational systems. - Limited managerial experience. \n\nSkills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in standard office software and technology applications. - Effective communication and documentation skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Knowledge of regulatory and compliance processes. - Competence in property valuation and cost analysis. - Capability to support asset management services. - Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
