HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
The Regional Commercial Excellence Project Manager will act as the regional referent for commercial excellence projects, bridging HQ and markets to ensure the smooth and timely rollout and implementation of key commercial initiatives across MEIAT.
Working closely with market teams, you will support the successful adoption of commercial programs, tools and best practices, while contributing to the animation of the regional commercial community.
Continuous Improvement Support & Rollout
- Act as the regional referent for the Continuous Improvement program, partnering closely with commercial market teams and providing feedback to commercial leadership.
- Plan, coordinate and support the implementation of the Continuous Improvement program across the regional network.
- Support boutique teams through training, follow up with markets and HQ on escalated pain points, and contribute to the governance of Continuous Improvement across partnership teams.
Tools Adoption & Performance
- Act as Regional Captain for Traffic Counting and Match to Traffic, driving awareness and representing the voice of regional users.
- Partner with central teams to maximize the business value and adoption of commercial tools.
- Track deployment and performance, providing insights and supporting action plans.
- Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to leverage Match to Traffic data as a key driver of Conversion Rate and CEB.
Commercial Community Animation
- Support the animation of the regional commercial communities across Commercial Management, Operations and Back of House.
- Coordinate the regional commercial projects calendar, roadmap and communications.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across markets.
- Conduct regular market and boutique visits across the region.
HOW WOULD YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Relevant university degree or business school education.
- Previous experience in retail, commercial excellence, operations, project management or a related field.
- Strong project management, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of GEMINI is an advantage.
- Flexible, pragmatic and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the region.
