To cope with its expansion, we are looking for top-quality candidates for the following vacancy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide excellent customer service and provide support in after sales service
Assist in stock management
Collect customer data on sales floor and input customer database accordingly
Provide support in other daily administrative duties in the boutique as required
REQUIREMENTS
2 years relevant experience in sales or customer service
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Proficient in using Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Customer oriented, good presentation and communication skills
