Are you a good match?
You have extensive experience in event management, leading complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders in the international company, preferably within luxury retail industry. You have excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, you have experience managing agencies, vendors, and project budgets. You are highly proactive, solutions-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You are willing to work flexible hours when required to support events. You master English, and other Asian language(s) would be a plus.
What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to Communications Manager, the Events Manager is responsible for driving the successful delivery of Maison’s key event projects, translating business and communication objectives into well-executed event experiences. You lead complex, cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, agencies and internal teams while maintaining the Masion’s standards of excellence which includes :
Lead the planning and execution of the annual events calendar, including client events, product launches, exhibitions, and strategic activations, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and alignment with Maison standards.
Manage end-to-end project delivery, from proposal development and stakeholder alignment to execution and post-event evaluation, while overseeing project plans, timelines, risks, and governance.
Partner with local, Regional, and HQ stakeholders to drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and successful project execution.
Manage event agencies, venues, and vendors to deliver high-quality events, negotiate optimal solutions, and continuously identify opportunities to enhance event delivery through market best practices.
Monitor project budgets, procurement, and financial governance, while evaluating event performance through post-event reporting and implementing continuous improvements based on insights and KPIs.
