As Roger Dubuis Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the European market, to support sales growth and firmly establish Roger Dubuis as the leader of Expressive Haute Horlogerie.
The main responsibility will be the execution of operational tasks on a regional level and to be the centre of knowledge for all requests coming from both internal and external stakeholders (retail & wholesale channels).
This position reports to the Regional Operations Manager and will be a 1-year fixed term contract and is based in Meyrin at the Manufacture Roger Dubuis.
Merchandising & Stock operation management (40%):
Be the key user for all Sales Operations related tasks
- Monitor daily sales and proactively manage stock replenishment
- Manage orders, returns, transfers and dispatch in SAP, in coordination with regional and HQ teams
- Manage consignment stock
- Implement and monitor model stocks
- Handle requests for all products (straps, warranty cards, repairs, including spare parts)
- Coordinate with Supply, Logistics, Finance and regional platforms
- Problem solver for all operational challenges
- Deal with all enquiries in an efficient and service-oriented manner (prices, availability, deliveries, complaints, etc.)
- Ensure and manage proper understanding and execution of Maison Consignment policies and procedures and assist with bi-annual audits.
Network Support & Relationship Management (40%)
Be the point of entry for requests of internal boutiques, area managers and wholesale partners
- Manage requests related to product availability, pricing, deliveries and complaints
- Provide shipment and order updates
- Assist on SAP/Booster Opening / Closings of POS and event locations (opening stock order planning, SAP set-up, master data maintenance)
- PO Creation and follow-up for Capex and invoices
- Ensure warranty activation follow-up in Booster
- Support retail and wholesale during events, manufacture visits and operational needs
Business Analytics & Forecasting (10%)
Be of support to understand the performance of the market
- Updated and create dashboards to monitor market performance
- Conduct product and boutique performance analysis
- Support management during business reviews and weekly sales forecast
Systems & Process Governance – SAP / Booster (10%)
- Ensure business processes are properly understood and executed in full compliance
- Act as key user for SAP and Booster systems
- Test SAP/Booster releases and pilots

Your Profile :
- 2–3 years of experience in sales operations or similar role
- Fluency in English and French (any other European language is a plus)
- Proficient in IT with advanced skills in Microsoft 365
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP is a major plus
- Analytical mindset
- Strong time management skills / able to manage simultaneous deadlines
- Detail-oriented, organized and solution-driven

- Passion for fine watchmaking
- Good understanding of international retail business and affinity with the luxury industry is an advantage
