Communication Div. - Senior Brand Experience Manager
YOUR MISSION:
The Senior Brand Experience Manager is responsible for defining and delivering Cartier Korea’s Brand Experience strategy by integrating Events, Client Experience, VIP Programs, Culture & Corporate Initiatives into one cohesive ecosystem.
This role will lead the development of exceptional brand experiences that strengthen Cartier’s brand equity, deepen client engagement, reinforce the Maison’s cultural leadership, and support commercial priorities.
Working closely with Commercial, Retail, Client Development, High-End, and Global teams, the Brand Experience Senior Manager ensures every Maison experience embodies Cartier’s standards of excellence while driving innovation, emotional engagement, and long-term brand desirability.
Beyond project delivery, this role is expected to provide strong leadership, inspire the team, cultivate talent, and continuously elevate Cartier’s brand experience standards in Korea.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Define Brand Experience Strategy
Develop and execute integrated Brand Experience strategy aligned with Maison priorities.
Build annual strategic roadmap covering Events, Client Experience, VIP Programs, Culture & Corporate Initiatives.
Identify business opportunities to reinforce brand equity through meaningful experiences.
Translate business priorities into impactful experience platforms supporting both brand and commercial objectives.
2. Lead Client Experience & VIP Engagement
Develop differentiated client journeys across all touchpoints.
Design tailored engagement programs for different client segments.
Lead VIP engagement strategy and bespoke experiences.
Define annual Client Experience and gifting strategy.
Collaborate closely with Retail, Client Development, High-End teams.
Measure client satisfaction and continuously improve experience quality.
3. Lead Events & Experiential Activations
Develop strategic event concepts with strong local relevance while respecting Maison standards.
Lead all brand events from concept development through execution and post-event evaluation.
Orchestrate 360° cross-functional activations involving Media, PR & Brand Contents, Retail, Client Development and High-End.
Ensure flawless execution, resource optimization, compliance and continuous innovation.
Drive continuous improvement by capturing learnings and identifying best practices.
4. Develop Art & Culture & Corporate Initiatives
Lead Fondation Cartier collaborations and local cultural partnerships.
Develop exhibitions, performances, talks and cultural activations.
Support Maison Corporate Initiatives and CSR-related programs.
Build relationships with museums, cultural institutions, artists and public organizations.
Strengthen Cartier’s institutional positioning through meaningful collaborations.
5. Team Leadership & People Development
Lead, coach and inspire the Brand Experience team to deliver excellence.
Develop individual capabilities through continuous feedback and development plans.
Foster collaboration, creativity and innovation across the team.
Build an agile, high-performing team culture.
Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
6. Budget & Performance Management
Manage annual budget planning, forecasting and resource allocation.
Monitor KPIs and ROI of all Brand Experience initiatives.
Present strategic recommendations to local management and HQ.
Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and performance enhancement.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
KEY COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or above.
15+ years of experience in luxury, hospitality, communication, client experience, art & culture, events or related industries.
Proven leadership experience managing teams.
Strong experience leading cross-functional strategic projects.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience working with international stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple complex projects under pressure.
Fluent in Korean and English, both written and verbal.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
