What are we expecting from you?
You will be responsible for:
Drive 3rd party engagements and community outreach
Presentation deck preparation before meetings with 3rd parties
Point of contact to 3rd parties – confirm dates, time, and details of visits
Logistic co-ordination - F&B, transportation, invitation
Supports on event-related contents and elements
Support the team on various content development including training tools, edition development and production (souvenirs – notebook, tote, signages etc.)

The Recruitment Process
