Strategic Leadership & Operational Excellence
- Deliver high-level services (hospitality, Reception, events,F&B…) aligned with Richemont standards; proactively identify and address operational challenges across the portfolio.
- Oversee all Food & Beverage services, including the restaurant, Bistrot café, VIP salons, and coffee corners, encompassing budget management, strategy definition, and seamless execution.Provide ongoing support to Maisons to enhance the workplace experience and apply our Hospitality guidelines respecting a seamless and elevated service for all.
- Manage service providers across the portfolio, identifying synergies to ensure efficiency and service quality through an Integrated Facility Management (IFM).
- Coordinate all our conference center bookings, set-up, VIP demands, F&B and activations.
- Manage local projects and ensure successful implementation of digitalization and automation initiatives for offices and hospitality experience.
- Maintain on-site and virtual concierge services for all sites.
- Demonstrate agility and adaptability in multitasking, consolidating and summarizing buildings and offices event requirements - Coordinate when needed workplace activations.
- Implement KPI and SLA’s monitoring and reporting to enable continuous optimization of site activities and budget impact.
- Develop and monitor operating budgets with a focus on performance and synergy.
- Guarantee regulatory compliance across the entire scope, including Sustainability requirements.
- Creation of purchase orders and invoicing follow-up for the scope of responsibility
Communication & Relationships
- Promote collaboration with internal division (Maisons and Richemont) following correct lines of communication and best practices sharing.
- Facilitate seamless events and operations through effective Change Management and Communication, ensuring engagement and alignment.
- Maintain positive communication with suppliers and partners, fostering strong collaboration.
- Structure and develop Workplace & Hospitality team to reflect the 4 pillars.
- Ensure solid communication with Local, Regional and Group.
- Organize VIP committee with our different entities and ensure CEO agendas are well anticipated.
- Manage stock and inventories within the scope of responsibility
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a business school, Hospitality school, or equivalent.
- Specialization in Hotel industry, hospitality or luxury retail is mandatory.
Experience
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Hotel or service office management, ideally in the luxury industry.
- Proven experience managing multi-site portfolios in an international environment.
- Fluent English is essential; additional languages are a strong asset.
