YOUR MISSION: Supports the BOS department using academic knowledge on a specific project/subject. Assist the department in administrative tasks. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? - Produce, update, and provide best practice support on a wide range of Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems. - Schedule appointments, arrange meetings and conferences, and organize travel plans to optimize the time of senior colleagues or executives. - Prepare routine letters, emails, minutes of meetings, and reports for approval by senior colleagues or executives. - Create moderately complex documents using various applications for technology devices, such as standard office software, and gather and summarize data for reports. - Design monthly schedules and assign work to others to enhance office workflow and prioritize high-priority tasks. - Generate accurate reports by collecting data from various standard sources and inputting it into standard formats. - Extract and combine data to produce standard reports. - Monitor and analyze data using budgeting systems and protocols. - Develop and maintain excellent process or technical skills through assessment, development planning activities, and formal and informal training and coaching. - Acquire working knowledge of the organization's policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, ensuring adherence to mandatory procedures. - Support procurement tasks by following established procedures. \n\nGeneral EducationPost-Secondary Non-Tertiary Education. \n\nGeneral ExperienceDemonstrated experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems. \n\nManagerial ExperienceMinimal managerial experience.
