The role is a fixed-term contract until 31st January 2027 to support with additional workload and will end due to upcoming automation and new machinery.

How will you make an impact?

A role that will adapt over time and gives potential for the successful candidate to learn many new skills.

Primary Duties –

  • You will be required to work in our cleaning room operations. You will be responsible for cleaning watch components through cleaning tanks and drying to ensure each component is ready to be re-assembled.
  • You will also be working on basic watch bracelet adjustments – re-sizing product before the point of dispatch as well as removing and re-fitting watch straps.
  • Basic polishing duties to polish loose links and other component parts where required.
  • Over time this role will adapt to the changes and needs of the business. Your primary duties will remain as a duty to fulfil, but additional scope to develop skills in watch preparation and polishing may come over time.

Intro Call with Talent Team: An introductory call with our in-house talent team to learn more about your skills and experience in more detail.

1st Stage: Interview with our Polishing Manager to learn more about your skills, experience, and motivation for the role at Watchfinder.

Final Stage: Bench Test, followed by a Face to Face interview with the Global Servicing & Logistics Director and HR Business Partner .
