HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
In this role, you will play a key role in driving Commercial performance and leading key retail projects with high impact on performance and productivity for Cartier Thailand. You will harness data and insights to guide Commercial decisions and projects, working closely with the commercial office teams and boutique teams. This role reports to the Commercial Director, Cartier Thailand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial Strategy & Performance Leadership
- Co-define and lead commercial routines to review performance vs our priorities and goals (weekly, monthly, quarterly performance committee, etc.) and contribute to foster a culture of performance across all commercial teams
- Drive Thailand market sales forecasting, KPI tracking, and strategic planning across retail, wholesale, high-end and e-commerce channels
- Manage the end-to-end commission process, including commission calculation, validation and submission of commission results in line with approved commission schemes and performance outcomes.
- Monitor commission performance, identify discrepancies and provide insights to support commission scheme design and continuous improvement.
Advanced Reporting & Data Analytics
- As the Data champion within Commercial, lead the digitalization and automation of sales looker reports and develop, adapt comprehensive performance dashboards for internal boutiques, external Boutique, Retail Partners, to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Articulate strategic and actionable insights, enhance business acumen and recommend commercial actions through data-driven.
Strategic Project Management
- Contribute to and lead key commercial strategic projects related to performance and productivity, such as boutique sizing, MTT, floor management, new commission scheme, new target setting.
- Key contributor to the annual Market Action Plans and various commercial business reviews.
Commercial cross-Functional collaboration and coordination
- Responsible for the follow-up, update and necessary coordination regarding the commercial network plan, including the briefs, scorecards and CARs preparation
- Manage the real-estate legal contracts follow up and coordination with internal Richemont stakeholders
KEY COMPETENCIES:
- 10+ years of experience in luxury commercial or retail departments holding a bachelor’s degree
- Extensive experience in working in multicultural environments with multiple and diverse management stakeholders
- Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and proficiency in Reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a motivated self-starter with a curious and flexible mindset
- Expert in analytical skills and is strives in working with data & database universe
