YOUR MISSION: Rotate around the different manufacturing areas, gaining hands-on experience while learning from those more experienced employees around them. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? - Validate, input, and maintain payroll data to ensure the accurate and efficient delivery of payroll services; prepare payroll for bank submission and entry into financial systems; prepare manual payments when required; prepare payroll reports and reconciliations. - Execute a wide range of HR data processing tasks as directed; provide guidance and advice to colleagues on processes when needed. - Establish a local document management system for an office or department. - Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software; gather and summarize data for reports. - Support the delivery of HR data analyses and identify trends to contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and improvement of business performance. - Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization and contribute to the management of the partnering relationship, delivering high-quality professional services within established routines or as part of an agreed project. - Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and procedures, referring complex issues to others. - Extract relevant data from information provided by others and input it into spreadsheets or standard formats. - Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure adherence to standards; obtain authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions from mandatory procedures. - Enhance own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching; maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media. \n\nGeneral EducationPost-Secondary Non-Tertiary Education. \n\nGeneral ExperienceBasic experience with simple office and operational systems. \n\nManagerial ExperienceVery limited.
