Since its creation in 1952 by Gaby Aghion, Parisian Maison, Chloé, has championed a vision of liberated and free femininity. One that could accompany women in their newly freer daily lives, allowing for freedom of movement.

YOUR MISSION:
Mainly found at Maison HQ, analyses and identifies business development opportunities, optimizes operations to gain efficiency and reach operational excellence. Proactively recommends action plans to increase boutique team productivity.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Sales Data Analysis and Support
Data analysis performance
o SAP friendly experience including BI report and web base report is recommended
o SAP Process optimization
- Collaborating with HQ IT and local IT stakeholders to configure and customize the system to meet the specific needs of the Maison needs
- Identifying areas for improvement in the business processes and working with IT to optimize them within the SAP system.
o Training and support
- Providing training and support to stores on using the SAP system effectively for their regular tasks
Store performance analysis
o Regular analysis (Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly/ Yearly) on Sales and KPI by door
o Sales target and LE planning by door
- To achieve monthly sales target and managing KPI
- Monthly base performance analysis by Store / Staff
o Promotion / Event sales data & Incentive result analysis and report by Area / Channel
o Promotion scheme proposal and follow-up
Regional presentation preparation
o Retail & CRM document preparation for Monthly Global meeting
o Store visit materials preparation for MD/ International visitors
Sales Operation and Team Support
After Sales (Leading role) support : Customer Service
o Direct Communication to HQ
o Support / Follow up on store issues
CRM / Clienteling analysis support
o VIC Segmentation tracking and analysis by door
o CRM data collect and analysis
o Handle CRM KPI and client data including reassignment
o Support client event & in-store animation
Store duty / Overtime data collection for report
Financial issue support
o Stock taking scheduling and follow up
o Deposit/ Manual Invoice and other related issues communication follow up
Regular meeting arrangement
o Boutique Manager meeting, Brand meeting
Newsletter (Leading role)
o Collect data from function and Release
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in retail industry
- Good English communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office software including Excel, Powerpoint and other retail program
- Team player with communication skills
- Dynamic and proactive personality
- Strong numeric sense and great attention to details
