Temporary Operations Coordinator

Reports to: Director, Wholesale Operations
Role Overview
The Temporary Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the effected execution of day-to-day business operations by coordinating processes, resources, and communications across functions. The role ensures operational efficiency, compliance, with company standards, and timely resolution of issues, while providing critical support to Director, Wholesale Operations & Planning in driving business objectives.
Responsibilities
Respond to all matters relating but not limited to
Special Sales and Employee Order mailbox.
Perform other duties as required (compliance, CSR, presentations, performing training, etc), inventory replenishment and management.
Monitor the Opening/Closings and sending updates to team
Responsible for entering SKU’s / Product information for dept stores into GSX and Intertrade Neiman Marcus Catalog.
Key support to management on special requests
Support office operations & administration including filing, answering phones, copying, etc.
Research and coordinate the resolution to SAP transmission issues.
Compile and analyse ongoing results related but not limited to sales, lead times and volume.
Create Sales orders, respond to product inquiries, status, employee orders, maintenance and tracking on a timely manner.
Order allocation, delivery and invoicing processing
Including but not limited to Wholesale team, distribution centre, supply chain, finance, logistics, Customer Service.
Provide extensive product knowledge and handle all requests from customer on products and open backorders during and after sale.
Create RA’s, reconciliation and dispute chargebacks
Special projects, as needed
Qualifications
Prior experience working in luxury retail
Proficiency in SAP, Outlook, Word, Excel
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision
Superior organizational and follow up skills
Clear and concise communicator who can execute quickly and effectively
Excellent problem solving skills - know how to deescalate issues as they arise and turn challenges into opportunities
Team player with a collaborative approach to working with different departments and boutique members
