Objective of this Position

This role is responsible for the operational backbone of the training function — from classroom training delivery and content creation to training logistics and e-learning platform management — ensuring training programs run smoothly and learning content remains accurate, accessible, and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

Training Preparation & Operations

  • Coordinate logistics for all training programs: scheduling, venue/material preparation, attendee tracking.
  • Prepare training materials, handouts, and assessment tools ahead of each session.
  • Maintain training calendars and communicate schedules to boutique teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage post-training documentation, attendance records, and reporting.

Classroom Training & Content Creation

  • Deliver and facilitate classroom training sessions on product knowledge, selling skills, and client service standards.
  • Develop training content and materials — presentation decks, newsletters, and reference materials — for product, selling skills, and client service topics.

E-Learning Management

  • Administer and maintain the e-learning platform, including content uploads, course structuring, and user access.
  • Monitor completion rates and generate regular e-learning progress reports.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and serve as first point of contact for e-learning user support.

Qualifications

  • Min. 2-4 years of work experience in training coordination, L&D operations, or LMS/e-learning administration.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong facilitation skills; confident delivering classroom training to boutique staff.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms (LMS administration experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint for reporting and material preparation.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Preferred to have knowledge and training experience for Leather Goods or Timepieces.
