YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Client Advisor for our Geneva boutique who will be responsible for delivering a highly personalized, premium client experience. In this role, you will demonstrate expertise with curiosity and humility, connecting with both local and international guests to create true, long-term relationships.
You will act as a key brand ambassador, sharing your passion for Haute Horlogerie and turning valued clients into loyal friends of the Maison while consistently striving to achieve commercial objectives.

PLAYING YOUR PART
- Elevating the Client Experience: You will deliver an exceptional, warm, and unique in-store journey, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed with absolute humility and attentiveness. By mastering all key moments of our sales ceremony, you will ask the right questions to understand client aspirations, tailor solutions, and build deep, lasting relationships. You will proactively cultivate your client portfolio, capturing client data effectively to implement bespoke follow-up and clienteling strategies.
- Driving Sales Performance: You will drive sales performance by consistently working to achieve and exceed boutique turnover targets. With agility and commercial drive, you will handle negotiations and objections with ease, maximizing upselling and cross-selling opportunities while strictly following retail guidelines. You will also provide flawless support to after-sales clients, acting as a trusted referent and recommending solutions that uphold our high service standards.
- Acting as a Brand Ambassador: With a genuine passion for luxury and craftsmanship, you will represent the Maison’s rich heritage and values both inside and outside the boutique. You will share Vacheron Constantin’s unique stories with enthusiasm, demonstrating deep knowledge of our collections, movements, and technical materials. You will actively support boutique events and activations, serving as an influential contact in the local luxury market.
- Ensuring Operational Excellence: You will contribute to flawless daily boutique operations by assisting with setup, breakdown, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. You will participate in inventory management, cycle counts, and compliance procedures to ensure successful audits, while collaborating seamlessly with colleagues and supporting back-office projects as needed.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?
- Proven Experience: At least 5 years of successful experience in luxury goods retail (Fine Watchmaking or Jewelry preferred) or high-end luxury hospitality.
- Sales Acumen: An excellent sales track record with proven experience working in a target-driven, fast-paced retail environment with a results-oriented mindset.
- CRM & Action Plans: Strong ability to confidently navigate through CRM databases to extract client insights, track behaviors, and build solid, proactive client action plans.
- IT & Administration: Highly organized with strong attention to detail, a high degree of professionalism, and excellent literacy with digital devices, including being fully at ease with MS Office tools.
- Communication & Languages: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and storytelling skills. Fluency in French and English is required; additional languages (such as Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or German) are a strong plus.
