MISSION
The Marketing & Merchandising Intern will provide transversal support to the Marketing & Merchandising team across Jewellery, Watches and Accessories (including Leather Goods, Home & Personal Objects, Eyewear and Fragrances) across seven markets in Southeast Asia.
Working closely with different members of the Marketing & Merchandising team, this role offers broad exposure to both the strategic and operational aspects of Marketing & Merchandising within a dynamic, multi-market environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
BUSINESS ANALYSIS & REPORTING
- Update and maintain regular sales and performance reports across product categories.
- Support monthly performance analysis by combining quantitative data with qualitative market feedback.
- Prepare and consolidate historical sales data to support buying, forecasting and product assortment decisions.
- Support quarterly sales projections and business reviews across Southeast Asia markets.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to identify business challenges, opportunities and potential areas for growth.
PRODUCT & MERCHANDISING COORDINATION
- Maintain product launch calendars, product mapping books and key product information across categories.
- Prepare the monthly Product News, adapting and consolidating relevant information for local markets.
- Support product assortment, stock and boutique-level performance analysis.
- Assist in product selection and stock coordination for launches, activations and Visual Merchandising implementation.
- Develop and update product presentations, training materials and other internal product tools.
MARKETING PROJECT & TEAM SUPPORT
- Support the Marketing & Merchandising team in the preparation and execution of key product launches, activations and transversal projects.
- Coordinate with boutiques and relevant internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
- Support the preparation of presentations, business tools and materials for meetings, trainings and seminars.
- Respond to ad hoc product, marketing and business requests from the team and boutiques.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have prior internship experience in Marketing, Merchandising, Business Analysis, or a related field.
- Rigorous, detail-oriented and a quick learner, with a proactive approach and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear findings
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Google Looker would be an advantage
- An interest in understanding market and business needs
- Strong collaborative mindset, with enthusiasm and a positive team-player attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
