* Store Design & Planning *

  • Define the planning for the different projects (renovations, special projects)
  • Coordinate accordingly the actions between markets, internal architects, external agencies and creative director for project execution, from conceptualization to opening
  • Manage budgets and timelines for store design projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and costs
  • Ensure the maintenance and updating of design standards and guidelines for all existing boutiques

* Visual Merchandising Strategy & Execution *

  • Define and implement Maison’s global visual merchandising strategy, including window displays, in-store exhibitions, product presentation, and special displays
  • Create and distribute detailed visual merchandising guidelines for all boutiques, ensuring consistency and excellence in execution
  • Provide design implementation recommendations to the markets for fairs, boutiques and events animations
  • Develop creative concepts for seasonal campaigns, new collection launches, and special events, in collaboration with Marketing and Communication teams
  • Track and coordinate shipments between suppliers, HQ and markets (annual order)
  • Train and support sales teams and retail managers in the application of visual merchandising guidelines
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies, proposing improvements and adaptations

* Team & Stakeholder Management *

  • Lead and motivate internal (commercial and marketing team, internal architects) and external key stakeholders (suppliers and agencies)
  • Drive, coordinate and support the markets

* Budget *

  • Providing the proper reporting and monitoring of the annual budget

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 7-10 years of progressive experience at international level in Store Design and/or Visual Merchandising roles, preferably within the luxury sector
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
  • An architecture background is a nice to have
  • A sense of aesthetic, with a deep understanding of luxury and design
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of French and English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel frequently nationally and internationally for site visits and project supervision.
