MAIN PURPOSE

In charge of the daily operation of the boutique – front and back office – with the aim to communicate the overall brand message in a successful manner to generate business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Store operations

  • Analyze boutique performance and formulate in-store planning to exceed sales targets
  • Lead team to well present brand and boutique image to end customers
  • Maintain smooth daily operation while comply with brand guidelines and standards
  • Understand the particularity of boutique environment ad initiate action plan accordingly
  • Effectively manage inventory level and stock rotation
  • Cascade direction and communication from office and ensure team understanding; while channel back market trends and business needs

Customer Service

  • Ensure excellent standard of customer services
  • Acquire new customer database while maintain a long term relationship with existing VIPs
  • Handle customer feedback and offer service recovery properly

Staff Management

  • Motivate and drive team to achieve sales, service, CRM and operational KPIs
  • Responsible for training and development of boutique staffs
  • Complete performance evaluation conduct coaching and performance improvement plan if need
  • Establish a positive working environment and properly handle team issues in a timely manner.

PROFILE

  • At least more than 15 years of luxury retail sales and management experience
  • Excellent communication and people management, able to motivate, develop and cultivate a team
  • Proactive, organized, multi-tasking, strong analytical and problem solving skills and highly adaptable to dynamic environment
  • Experience with high profile clients and PR events is preferred
  • Basic Computer knowledge in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Access to VVIP client base is preferably
