About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Associate Vice President, Watches & Jewelry Supply Chain Planning to lead our end-to-end supply chain planning across North America.

As a key member of the North America Supply Chain Leadership Team, you will shape the supply chain strategy for one of the world's most prestigious luxury Maisons. You will lead a high-performing team responsible for ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory, and supporting an exceptional client experience across our retail and wholesale networks.

This role combines strategic leadership, operational excellence, and business partnership in a fast-growing and highly dynamic environment. You will play a critical role in transforming our supply chain capabilities to support future growth through simplification, operational performance, automation and advanced analytics.

What You'll Do

Lead Supply Chain Planning

You will oversee the supply chain planning function for Watches & Jewelry across North America, ensuring product availability and representativity across the network while balancing inventory productivity.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Lead and develop a team of Supply Chain Planning professionals.
  • Ensure optimal product flow from distribution centers to boutiques and external partners.
  • Define inventory strategies that maximize product availability while maintaining healthy stock levels.
  • Optimize seasonal inventory planning and holiday readiness.
  • Execute merchandising strategies by ensuring timely product assortment deployment across the boutique network.
  • Lead stock rebalancing initiatives across boutiques to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Commercial, Merchandising, Marketing, Sales Operations and Logistics to support Maison’s strategy and commercial priorities.
  • Collaborate with Global Supply Chain teams in Switzerland to align planning strategies, represent North American business priorities, and ensure consistent product flow towards the region.
  • Participate in new collection launches by partnering with Merchandising and Marketing to define launch strategies, forecast demand, and determine initial inventory allocations.

You will build strong partnerships with our boutique teams, regularly visiting them to understand their needs, provide guidance and training on operational processes and tools, and gather feedback to continuously improve our ways of working, shape our supply chain and elevate the client experience.

Drive Supply Chain Transformation

As our business continues to grow, transforming our supply chain capabilities is a strategic priority.

You will:

  • Define and execute the Supply Chain Planning transformation roadmap.
  • Simplify and standardize planning processes while driving automation and operational efficiency.
  • Build next-generation planning capabilities supported by advanced analytics and digital tools.
  • Develop meaningful KPIs and dashboards that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
  • Partner with Data & Analytics teams to design innovative reporting solutions and decision-support tools.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of operational excellence.
  • Lead change through communication, collaboration, and training, ensuring adoption across boutiques and corporate teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain Operations.
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional client experience with a customer-first mindset.
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to partner seamlessly with global headquarters and cross-functional teams across an international organization.
  • Demonstrated capability to engage and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels with confidence and credibility.
  • Proven experience leading complex initiatives and transformation programs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced experience leveraging data to support business decisions.
  • Experience developing business intelligence dashboards and performance metrics (Looker preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury, watches, jewelry, fashion, or premium consumer goods.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, Anaplan, Celonis.

Location

This is a full-time position based in New York City, with regular travel throughout North America and occasional travel to Europe.

Salary Range: $190,000-$230,000
