Stage/Alternance : Assistant(e) de Direction Junior
Durée : 6 mois ou 1 an
Début : Octobre 2026
Rattachement hiérarchique :
Directement rattaché(e) à l’Assistante de Direction de la CEO.
Missions principales :
Support administratif & organisationnel
- Gestion d’agendas complexes (réunions, déplacements, événements)
- Organisation logistique (déjeuners, voyages, hôtels, transports)
- Gestion des appels, emails et du courrier
Coordination interne
- Interface entre la direction et les équipes
- Coordination des réunions (préparation des supports, suivi des actions)
Gestion opérationnelle
- Suivi des dépenses et notes de frais
Profil recherché
Formation
- Etudiant Bac +2 à Bac +5 (assistanat, gestion, communication ou école de mode)
Expérience
- Une première expérience en assistanat de direction
- Une expérience dans la mode / luxe est fortement appréciée
- Intérêt marqué pour l’industrie du luxe et de la mode
