Job mission

The High Jewelry Client Coordinator is responsible for supporting North American retail teams (U.S. & Canada) in developing high-end clientele. This role involves assisting the Senior Manager of HJ Clients with daily boutique requests, VIP client research, jewelry and watch projects, sponsorship, gifting, and event initiatives, as well as general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

HIGH-END CLIENT DEVELOPMENT


  • Support the boutique network in their daily Retail needs, including in-depth client research, Wealth-X requests, SA reassignments, etc.
  • Maintain the Salesforce database by initiating reassignments, identifying relationships, merging accounts, verifying boutique relationships, and submitting multimarket validations with HQ.
  • Assist with creating and updating the HE Client Development file & evaluating the monthly HE sales to identify new client potential.

SPONSORSHIPS & BESPOKE GIFTING STRATEGY


  • Assist with bespoke EIP, VVIP & VIP sponsorship initiatives by gathering regional submissions, updating files, coordinating payments with the HE Experience Team, and tracking results.
  • Arrange local and international VIP boutique tours and appointment requests, liaising with the HE Experience Team as needed.
  • Assist with High-End Holiday Gifting and cultural occasions by gathering client submissions and ensuring compliance with PII rules.
  • Assist with the allocation of High Jewelry event books and other arts & culture publications, including gathering submissions, ensuring PII compliance, and confirming distribution to clients, High Jewelry Experts, and boutiques across the network.
  • Assist with the HJ Client Book project, including the creation and updates of the Archives and client books.

LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL HIGH-END EVENTS


  • Assist with the client strategy for local and international HJ & Watch events.
    • Gather all Regional client data, ensuring PII accuracy and managing project deadlines for client data extraction, client submissions approvals, and multi-market validations.
    • Manage the CVIP tool, including client Wishlist & approvals, client confirmations, PV schedules, and galas.
    • Create all client biographies for events.
  • Support the high jewelry client’s team for on-site events as needed.

HIGH-END WATCH STRATEGY

High-End Watch Strategy & Client Allocations

  • Manage the watch client submission form, including downloading submissions by wave, creating and updating the master file with all nominations, and checking for multi-market validations.
  • Laise with the Client Engagement and Retail Partner teams to track results and analyze client allocation at year-end.
  • Track daily watch requests across the network and assist with validation.

New Special Order Watch Strategy & Approved Projects

  • Assist with the NSO Watch Client Allocation strategy.
    • Manage the watch submission form, gather all NSO nominations, and check for multi-market validations.
    • Assist with client arbitration and client approval communication.
    • Assist with following up on approved NSO projects to ensure timely completion and that all parties involved are informed of the latest updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree .
  • 1-3 years of related experience is required.
  • Previous experience in jewelry industry is preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills are required. (Especially PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Emphasis on detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and with a team is essential.
  • Interest in luxury products, fashion, arts, and travel is preferred.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
  • Spanish/French or additional languages is a plus.


Hourly Rate: $30-$34
