Surrounded by his family and guided by his strong entrepreneurial mindset, Georges-Edouard Piaget decided, in 1874, to create a watchmaking workshop in La Côte-aux-Fées, a small village in the middle of the Swiss mountains of the Jura.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?


Join Piaget as a pivotal Organisation Evolution Manager, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer and collaborating closely with our executive team. You will be instrumental in shaping Piaget's future by driving organizational design, optimizing ways of working, and leading critical change management initiatives across our global functions and markets. This role demands a strategic project manager and facilitator who can ensure our organizational structure supports strategic growth, fosters agility, collaboration, and a truly people-centric approach to change.


  • Support Organizational Analysis and Design, developing target structures aligned with strategic business objectives across headquarters and global markets.
  • Optimize Operational Workflows, department-specific processes, and cross-functional collaboration models to enhance agility and efficiency.
  • Drive Organizational Projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and communication, while equipping leaders with essential change management tools.
  • Champion Change Management, defining and supporting the approach required for successful implementation and sustained adoption of new organizational models.
  • Support Workforce Planning by collaborating with HR Business Partners and Centers of Expertise to align resources and capabilities with evolving needs.
  • Foster a Culture of Engagement and Continuous Improvement, facilitating change initiatives in alignment with Piaget's values.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?


  • Education: University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field. Certifications in Change Management or Project Management are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of professional experience, ideally in management/strategy consulting (focusing on operating models, organization, or change) or in-house corporate transformation/HR PMO roles.
  • Industry Background: Significant exposure to Retail, ideally Luxury Retail, with a strong appreciation for its unique realities and customer journeys.
  • Expertise: Proven track record in organizational design, operating model optimization, ways of working, and business transformation projects from diagnosis through implementation.
  • Core Skills:
    • Strategic & Analytical Acumen: Strong understanding of organizational design principles, process optimization, and change management tools. Highly analytical, capable of translating data into actionable insights.
    • Project & Change Leadership: Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to independently lead complex initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and drive successful change adoption.
    • Communication & Influence: Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, adept at building trust and influencing diverse stakeholders across all levels.
    • Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Agile, adaptable, and a proactive problem-solver, comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities.
    • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in data analysis, organizational charting tools, and presentation applications (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel).
    • Discretion: Ability to manage sensitive and confidential topics with utmost discretion and tact.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is required.
