As Boutique Manager, you will lead the boutique and translate the Maison strategy and Türkiye market priorities into sustainable business performance.


You will oversee commercial results, client experience, people development, brand image and operational excellence. Working closely with the Commercial Director, Office Management Team and local and regional functions, you will drive the boutique’s long-term development and act as an ambassador of the Maison.


HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Drive boutique performance

  • Define and implement the annual Boutique Action Plan in line with Maison strategy and market priorities.
  • Set annual and monthly sales targets, translating them into clear objectives for the management team and Client Advisors.
  • Monitor commercial and client KPIs, analyze market trends and implement actions to drive growth and retail productivity.
  • Manage controllable costs and contribute to profitability and P&L discipline with Finance and Commercial management.
  • Lead regular business reviews to ensure accountability and timely follow-up.

Lead and develop the team

  • Lead, coach and develop the Boutique Management Team, ensuring clear responsibilities and collaboration across Sales and Operations.
  • Build a high-performing, inclusive and client-centric culture that supports empowerment and team well-being.
  • Maintain a visible presence on the sales floor, supporting teams and demonstrating Maison service standards.
  • Recruit, develop and retain talent, identifying high potentials, training priorities and succession needs.
  • Lead performance reviews, feedback and development plans, while promoting Chez Cartier principles and expected standards.

Protect brand image and represent the Maison

  • Maintain Maison standards across visual merchandising, boutique maintenance, grooming and hospitality.
  • Represent the Maison at events, senior visits and local activations.
  • Build relationships with local communities, partners and stakeholders in coordination with the Commercial Director and Office Management Team.
  • Share boutique insights with local and regional teams and contribute to the Boutique Management community.

Develop client engagement and High End business

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience through consistent service standards and personalized follow-up.
  • Use client insights to guide clienteling, client recruitment and retention priorities with the Sales team.
  • Oversee personalized experiences, local events and networking initiatives that strengthen client relationships.
  • Drive High End business and support VIP and VVIP client development, ensuring clear ownership within the Sales team.
  • Ensure client complaints are addressed promptly and followed through to resolution.

Ensure operational excellence

  • Partner with the Operations Manager to optimize staffing, boutique flows, floor coverage and client-facing time.
  • Ensure compliance with Maison policies, including security, safety, KYC, cash handling and inventory controls.
  • Maintain inventory discipline and work with Merchandising, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to support business priorities.
  • Ensure audit readiness and timely follow-up on corrective actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement, adopt new tools and digital initiatives, and work with relevant functions to resolve operational issues.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum eight years of retail management experience, with proven experience leading sizeable teams.
  • Strong track record in commercial performance, client development and operational excellence, including experience with VIP and high-value clients.
  • Strong affinity with luxury and exceptional client service; luxury retail experience and knowledge of watches and jewelry are advantages.
  • Inspiring leadership, coaching and people-development skills, with the ability to empower teams and hold them accountable.
  • Strong commercial judgment and analytical skills, with an understanding of retail KPIs, productivity and P&L drivers.
  • Excellent relationship-building, networking, communication and stakeholder-management skills, with confidence representing the Maison.
  • A structured, proactive and hands-on approach, with strong operational rigor, attention to detail and risk awareness.
  • A digital mindset, strong command of MS Office and openness to new tools and ways of working.
  • Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds; experience in an international or matrix environment is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Turkish and English.
