Are you a highly analytical self-starter eager to launch your career in luxury beauty? Join our global team as an International Fragrance Commercial Intern.

In this role, you will bridge day-to-day commercial operations with high-impact strategic analysis. From tracking market performance to enhancing e-commerce platforms and supporting trade initiatives, you will build a solid foundation while taking on progressive ownership of projects.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?


  • Data Management & Business Reporting
    • Serve as the central point of contact for monthly sell-in/sell-out data, distribution mapping, and performance updates across global markets.
    • Consolidate Trade Marketing plans and document actionable outcomes from monthly market reviews.
    • Audit market submissions to identify data inconsistencies and drive accuracy.
  • Strategic Analysis & Market Insights
    • Perform ad-hoc benchmarking and market analyses to uncover new growth opportunities (including Travel Retail).
    • Evaluate pricing alignment across regions and escalate potential gaps.
    • Conduct post-activation reviews for major trade campaigns to quantify ROI.
  • Trade Marketing & E-Commerce
    • Support the global rollout and business impact analysis of Haute Parfumerie deployments.
    • Partner with e-commerce teams and local markets to assess and enhance brand performance on retail partner sites.
  • Special Projects & Event Support
    • Help organize major commercial events, including vendor negotiations for the annual Fragrance Seminar.
    • Lead a strategic side-project aimed at pitching innovative solutions to the team.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?


  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, related field or a prior experience in marketing, commercial analysis, or the beauty/fragrance sector are strongly preferred.
  • You are proficient in Excel and digital tools, data visualization tools (e.g. looker) and have strong slide-design skills (PowerPoint) are a major plus.
  • You are highly meticulous when it comes to data integrity, reporting, and presentation quality.
  • You are highly organized, agile, and a strong communicator, bringing a proactive, autonomous, and curious mindset driven by continuous learning and tangible business impact.
  • You are fluent in English; French is a plus.
