HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Support the Marketing & Communications Manager with a variety of MKT activities
- Support our Maison to continuously optimise the digital marketing and advertising activities, with a strong focus on Social Media Marketing
- Support in CRM activities for external boutiques network
- Assistance with recording and collating information and assets for post event reporting and analysis
- Liaise with all key contacts for the logistics associated with photo shoots, including transport & security
- Coordinate delivery of props and assets to our boutique and retailers
- Support in the event organization process, coming up with ideas and able to react quickly and under pressure to resolve issues
- Support the Marketing team with back office operations (SAP Suppliers creations and Purchase orders creation)
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Degree in Marketing & Communication or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered a plus
- Passion and knowledge of the luxury market
- Entrepreneurial mind-set
- Able to prioritise and work reactively
- Flexible, quick to adapt and can multi-task
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Excellent digital skills
