YOUR MISSION: Supports the craftsmen in various production operations not requiring jeweler know-how (ie: lase engraving, rhodium plating, mechanical polishing...). HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? - Operate semi-complex equipment and machines, prioritizing routine tasks to enhance efficiency and adjusting multiple related variables to resolve production issues. - Train and mentor colleagues in handling nonroutine transactional activities, stocking shelves, replenishing inventory, and presenting merchandise effectively. - Execute a broad range of standard service operations tasks, including resolving subprocesses or decisions/parameters to ensure efficient operations. - Conduct standard maintenance and repair activities under detailed guidance, troubleshooting basic technical or operational problems using predefined solutions. - Manage a variety of customer service activities, including handling complex or atypical customer cases and inquiries. - Support inventory management by performing routine tasks following established procedures. - Adhere to mandatory procedures and methods of work, including the use of personal protection equipment, to safeguard the environment and ensure the well-being of self and others. - Develop a thorough understanding of the organization's policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes, ensuring compliance with mandatory standards. - Enhance process or technical skills through participation in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching. - Upper Secondary School education. - Demonstrated experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems. - No managerial experience required. \n\nSkills - Proficiency in operating semi-complex machinery and equipment. - Ability to train and mentor colleagues effectively. - Competence in performing standard service operations tasks. - Capability to conduct maintenance and repair activities. - Strong customer service skills for handling complex inquiries. - Knowledge of inventory management procedures. - Adherence to safety and environmental guidelines. - Understanding of organizational policies and regulatory codes. - Commitment to continuous skill development and training. HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? Upper Secondary School Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems.
