We are looking for an experienced watchmaker who has the ability to process all kinds of watch repairs, from maintenance and generic services to complex requirements in complicated repairs.
This role requires someone who is able to follow specific brand guidelines and decide the best suitable repair approach to reach expected lead-time with the ability to develop and manufacture special tools for different requirements. The role will work in a customer service orientated space and so good communication skills and a solution focused mindset are essential.
Salary range $100,000 to $130,000 plus super.

Key Responsibilities
Watch repair
- To deliver excellent service quality meeting customer needs
- To follow defined interventions and repair flows
- To keep work environment and equipment in good condition to carry out repair work effectively
Job allocations
- To ensure efficient and accurate technical evaluations and quotations
- To prioritize on guarantee, quality, repair returns and complaints
- To highlight problems and delay reasons to technical manager
Maintenance
- To ensure all excess and spare parts are being returned for exchange or destruction
- To ensure impeccable cleanliness of all workshop facilities, areas, tools & equipments
- To check if spare part kits is complete and if replenishment is required
Performance Management
- Motivate staff positively and explain benefits of the work
- Plan work schedule and coach staff skill
- Report discrepancy to technical manager and take corrective actions
- To study complaint cases with technical manager and customer service manager
- To provide support in fulfill customer request and instant arrangement
Maison Specific Tasks
- Support to build watch legitimacy
- Watchmaking classes for End Clients, Press
- Develop watch training for sales staff
- Establish and maintain relations with Social Influencers related to Watches
- Support brand at international events (SIHH etc.)
