To support our Customer Service Team at IWC Schaffhausen HQ Office in Schaffhausen, we are looking for an
Intern CS Care & Project Manager (100%)
Start: June 2026
Duration: 6 months
YOUR MISSION AT IWC.
CARE MANAGEMENT:
- Be in charge: Monitor CS survey feedback & develop targeted solutions to increase global NPS performance and feedback rates
- Study, assess and propose measures and actions regarding care topics & communication on a wider level (CRC, Platforms, Boutiques) and implement required actions
- Manage & monitor global CS activations ensuring proper organization of stakeholders & success tracking
PROJECTS:
- Take the lead: Review, creation and publication of internal and external CS communications & communication materials (online & offline)
- Build a holistic glossary to ensure proper tone of voice across all customer communications
- Support user acceptance testing for CS related projects
- Share Ideas and proposals to improve the overall CS client experience
HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY.
- Preferably an accomplished university degree
- Knowledge about SAP or similar, Microsoft Office
- Skilled in communication and written communication and project management
- Proactive and analytical working style, coupled with the ability to set priorities
- Excitement for the luxury industry; Watchmaking and/or Luxury industry exposure with good understanding of the Customer Service (repair process & watch techniques) environment is a plus
- Fluency In English; German & French are advantageous
